On July 10th, the company Relance – Calçados opened the “doors of its house” to a group of young students from the School of Business and Economics at Universidade Nova. In partnership with CTCP and Apiccaps, this initiative was carried out within the scope of the master’s degree on internationalization, specifically in companies in the footwear sector.
The visit, which took place in the afternoon, was attended by a group of 10 people. It started with a short presentation about the strategy and positioning of the company and the brand, and then the group of students was invited to visit the factory’s facilities and watch the entire production process.
It is intended that these students prepare an internationalization strategy for the brand, focusing on a specific market. An initiative that aims to bring universities closer to companies and the job market, to which Relance-Calçados has joined.
